Reservations and accommodation

Can I make a reservation on the same day?
You can make a reservation by phone or through the internet until 8 PM on the day.
Please be aware that we may already be fully booked on the day, so be sure to check the availability by phone or online before making a reservation.
If the internet shows that we are fully booked, does that mean I cannot stay?
Due to same-day cancellations, we might still have availability, so please inquire by phone.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
However, depending on the internet sales plan, different times may be set. Please inquire about early check-in and late check-out.
Which credit cards are accepted?
You can use AMEX, VISA, MasterCard, and JCB cards.
For cards other than those listed above, or due to specific store circumstances, they may not be accepted. Please inquire for more details.
Is there a cancellation fee if I cancel my reservation?
If you cancel your reservation, the following cancellation fees will apply:
3 to 1 days before: 50% of the room rate
Same-day cancellation: 80% of the room rate
No-show without contact: 100% of the room rate

About the facilities in the hotel

Are there any smoking areas within the hotel?
The entire hotel is non-smoking.
An ashtray is provided on the terrace outside the 2nd-floor lobby lounge.
Until what time can the lobby lounge (all-inclusive service) be used?
Afternoon: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM
Morning: 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Is there free Wi-Fi?
It is available throughout the hotel.
Do the rooms have a bathroom and toilet?
All rooms are equipped with both a bathroom and a toilet.
Until what time can we use the bathroom?
The operating hours for the large public bath and the open-air bath are from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM and from 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM.

About meals

I have food allergies and dietary restrictions. Can you accommodate these?
We apologize, but we do not provide meals for those with food allergies.
The dishes served in our buffet are prepared in the same kitchen using shared cooking utensils.
Additionally, the plates and other utensils used by guests are also shared, making it impossible to completely prevent allergen contamination.
Guests with food allergies are allowed to bring their own food, so please inquire when making a reservation.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Could you tell me the meal times?
Meals are limited to 90 minutes. You can enjoy them during the following times:
Dinner buffet: 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Breakfast buffet: 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Depending on the number of guests on the day, the meal times may be divided into two shifts, or the hours may change.
Can I take the buffet food back to my room?
We apologize, but taking food out of the restaurant is not allowed due to health department regulations.
Do you have plans for banquets or groups?
We apologize, but we do not offer plans for banquets or groups.
